Our studio was tasked with designing and supervising the construction of a new Europe House in Kriva Palanka. The client’s objective was to create a space that would attract young people, students, artists, and passers-by, while also providing information about the EU. We aimed to achieve a welcoming and open feel by paying special attention to the design of the window screens, which incorporate benches for seating. We selected easily movable furniture that can be adapted to different types of events held at the Europe House. Additionally, we included a small amphitheater seating area in the corner, intended to encourage debates and discussions. We are excited to see that the Europe House has become a vibrant hub for the community.
